DIRECTIONS:
From North
From 75 South, take exit 50B (Kettering Springboro Road) at the end of that exit, turn left, you will be on Springboro Road, follow Springboro Road to Dorothy Lane, left onto Dorothy Lane to the 2nd light which will be Elbee Road, right on Elbee Road, left into the driveway after McDonalds; you will see a Collier's Leasing sign and you will turn just before this sign. Stay on this road until it ends, turn left at the end and this will bring you in front of 3077.
From South
From 75 North, take exit 47, go straight, this becomes South Dixie, at the top of the hill, you will see a Wendy's on the left, after the Wendy's driveway, get into the left lane, there will be a left turn lane which seems as though you are doing a U turn (you are), once you have turned, get into the far right lane; you will pass Key Bank, and then Arby's, turn right into the driveway immediately after Arby's, this takes you into the Point West Office Group, turn left at the first drive, and right at the next drive, you will be directly in front of building 3077.
From Downtown Dayton
South on Patterson Blvd to Kettering Blvd, you will cross Dorothy Lane, once across Dorothy Lane, Patterson BLVD becomes Kettering Blvd. Get into the far right lane, past B/P Station on right, then Key Bank and Arby's, once past Arby's, turn right at the driveway right after Arby's, into the Point West Office Group, turn left at the first driveway and right at the next driveway, you will be in front of building 3077.
From East
Merge onto US-35 W toward DAYTON. Merge onto I-75-S via the exit on the left, take OH-741S/SPRINGBORO RD. exit EXIT 50B, turn left onto SPRINGBORO RD/OH-741, follow to WEST DOROTHY LANE, left onto WEST DOROTHY LANE, right onto KETTERING BLVD, to 3077 KETTERING BLVD.
