Glenda Tarrance

Glenda has been with OPES since its inception more than 11 years ago.  She works as Training Center Coordinator, Training Center Faculty, BLS Instructor, First Aid Instructor, Bloodborne Pathogen Instructor and is a Communicable Diseases Trainer through the State of Ohio.   Additionally, she is the office scheduler for all upcoming classes.
Glenda has been a Registered Nurse for more than 30 years and currently
works full-time for OPES.

 
Jey Ellis

Jey became an American Heart Association BLS Instructor while working at a local YMCA.  He quickly became an Instructor Trainer and the Director of Emergency Services for the Greater Dayton YMCA and was instrumental in starting their AED Program.  Jey has taught thousands of students the life-saving skills of CPR throughout Dayton and the surrounding communities and serves as Regional Faculty for the American Heart Association. 
In this role he monitors and mentors area Training Center Coordinators.
 
                            
Claudette Malloy

Claudette is a Registered Nurse who currently works as a Visit Nurse for Senior Resource Connection.  Claudette has been with OPES since the end of 2008 and teaches Healthcare Provider CPR, Heartsaver CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens and First Aid as well as both Friends and Family CPR and First Aid and the Baby Sitting Class offered by OPES. 
 In addition, Claudette is a Communicable Diseases Trainer through the State of Ohio.   
 
Kennedy Tarrance

Kennedy has been employed with OPES for more than 4 years, she works as office support staff, and is proficient in the maniken decontamination/cleaning process.  Additionally, Kennedy completed the first Baby Sitter's Class sponsored by OPES and is certified in First Aid and CPR .
 
 Jessica Tarrance

Jessica is a part of the office support staff; acting as part-time  receptionist, class scheduler, and manikin decontamination/ cleaning specialist.
 
 
Amy Piner

Amy has her degree in Paralegal and works in the Criminal Justice System; and is co-owner/operator of her own company, TURN; but recently came on board with OPES as an Instructor; teaching Heartsaver CPR, Friends and Family CPR and assisting with Healthcare
Provider CPR Classes.
